1. Cancellation by Customer

  • More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus administrative fees (if applicable).

  • 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund of total booking cost.

  • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund available.

2. Cancellation by Company

  • If the company cancels the tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, minimum group size not met, political unrest), customers will receive:

    • A full refund, or

    • The option to reschedule or apply the amount to a future tour.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Visa fees, travel insurance, and third-party bookings (e.g., flights, hotels not booked through us) are non-refundable.

  • Promotional or discounted bookings may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.

  • Payments will be returned via the original payment method.

  • Customers must submit a refund request via email or the booking portal.

5. No-Shows and Late Arrivals

  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to arrive on time at the designated meeting point.

6. Changes to Bookings

  • Changes to tour dates or participant names may be allowed up to 7 days before departure, subject to availability and a change fee.

7. Force Majeure

  • In cases of natural disasters, pandemics, or other force majeure events, refunds or rescheduling will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
