1. Cancellation by Customer

More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus administrative fees (if applicable).

15–30 days before departure: 50% refund of total booking cost.

Less than 15 days before departure: No refund available.
2. Cancellation by Company

If the company cancels the tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, minimum group size not met, political unrest), customers will receive:

A full refund, or
-
The option to reschedule or apply the amount to a future tour.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Visa fees, travel insurance, and third-party bookings (e.g., flights, hotels not booked through us) are non-refundable.

Promotional or discounted bookings may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
4. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.

Payments will be returned via the original payment method.

Customers must submit a refund request via email or the booking portal.
5. No-Shows and Late Arrivals

No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals.

It is the customer’s responsibility to arrive on time at the designated meeting point.
6. Changes to Bookings

Changes to tour dates or participant names may be allowed up to 7 days before departure, subject to availability and a change fee.
7. Force Majeure

In cases of natural disasters, pandemics, or other force majeure events, refunds or rescheduling will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
